From the M4 - Exit at Junction 10 and follow the A329(M) for a miles towards Bracknell. Exit at slip road signposted towards "John Nike Ski Centre". Stay in left hand lane and take the 1st exit on roundabout at bottom of slip road. At next mini roundabout take 2nd exit into John Nike Way, over mini roundabout into Cain Road. Follow Cain Road to end. Turn right into Western Road. Take 2nd exit on right into The Western Centre.

From the M3 - Exit at Junction 3 and follow A322 towards Bracknell. At 2nd roundabout (with Hilton National Hotel on left), continue straight over until you come to another roundabout. Take 2nd exit onto dual carriageway (Shell petrol station on left). At next roundabout take 2nd exit signposted M4 A329(M). At the roundabout take 3rd exit, go under the bridge and straight ahead at the mini roundabout. Take the next left into Western Road. Interchange can be found 300 yards on the left, opposite the Dell building.

Reserved car parking is available at the front of the training centre.

By Train - There is a frequent train service to and from Waterloo. Interchange is a 5 minute taxi ride from Bracknell station.
